How to order and how much it will cost

Unlike this Norfolk grocer, we don't have an order form. Just send us an email, or letter, giving us as much detail as you can about what you want, and what you know about the people concerned and we'll do the rest. If we need more information, we'll ask you. Please note - we work strictly cash with order. Please see our Payment Methods page for details. |
We have two basic fee structures.
For a specific request such as obtaining a census image, we have fixed rates as described for each category.
For more open-ended requests we charge AU$45 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour. We ask that new clients pay for two hours in advance but any excess over the minimum is refunded. Copies of documents are charged at cost price unless otherwise stated.

We provide an itemized invoice showing records searched, time spent, and documents provided to you, so that you know exactly where every cent went.
